How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love. God showed his love and forgiveness by giving his only son jesus christ to die on the cross to take away our sins.We have to think about the hardships that Jesus went through by giving his life on the cross just for our sins.In return we have to love God by obeying his commandments and be his true follower so that we dont commit sin. By doing so, we are showing love to God.
