Jesus knew that his deciples faith waned due to persecution and His death,was it made harder for the deciples to believe because they got the news of His resurrection via a woman?

Why did Jesus use the greeting. "Peace be to you"? Was there special signiificance in this greeting? Jesus said " Peace be with you" not once but twice. It was a confimation of His greatness and assurance to His deciples that He was one with them. Jesus was reassuring His deciples that they would find peace and rest within and that they had no reason to fear persecution.
