What made the woman`s faith so powerful? How does one obtain faith like the woman? I heard a sermon by Pastor Jentzen Franklin who said " that when everthing seems to go wrong in ones live, when the world passes you by, it is this moment in ones life that miracles happen." it is in times of ones most need that our faith grows in strength and is tested, and provided we hold steadfast in our belief that Jesus is Lord and Saviour we shall see the hard times through and be healed of our sicknesses and weaknesses.

Why did the people ask Jesus to leave, even after He delivered the two demon-possessed men? Fear of the unknown scares most people. Therefore, after hearing of Jesus' casting out of demons, community members probably got together and all fuelled each other's fear of the unknown powers of the Son of God. Seeming too foreign and mysterious, it was easier to bury their head in the sand by asking him to leave their territory
