Jesus small beginnings grew to have a major effect. What seemly small things in your life can grow over time to have a big effect?

I have found that formal religion had very little relevance for me as a child.

Through a very stressfull later life, my early religion has matured into a belief in God and now has a big effect in my life.

People often blame God for allowing suffering, but who does Jesus hold responsible for this womans suffering?

The reading says that Jesus holds Satan responsible for the woman's suffering.

However I ask myself several questions;

1) Why would Satan want to do this and is Satan still doing these things?

2) Why does God allow these things to happen?

I think that we may be all meant to suffer to strenghen our characters.

The fact that God can intervene in Satan's plan, must give us hope, if we ask God for help at stressful times.

"Was Jesus trying to incite his death (eg. temple cleansing, accusation of leaders?)

He was merely doing what had been told before his birth. He was goig thrugh God's process.
