How might you have felt seeing Jesus after knowing he had died?

The disciples who witnessed Jesus alive  after his death, must have been felt that there was a simple explaination for these events which they could not understand yet.

Jesus, understood this and allowed his disciples to adjust to the idea with the help of the Holy Ghost.

Jesus took careful time to explain all things about his death and resurrection. Does this give you confidence in his words and promises, knowing he and others had predicted his death and resurection? "Beginning from Moses and from the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the the things concerning himself."
The confidence in the Word of Jesus is supported in the Scriptures but this did not convince Peter and Thomas initially and still has not convinced the large practicing Jews community today. The reason for this is more than listing the supporting statements. The reason does appear to reside with the indidual and whether he is ready to change his life style. Christainity turns our human nature on its head. i.e. We are required to forgive our enemies and do good without a necessary reward. The Holy Spirit is required for us to accept the necessary changes in our lives.
