It would be true to say, that not all the Pharisees agreed that curing the blind man on the Sabbath, was a sin.

Jesus' time had come and He was directly challenging the "old law" to force these matters to be openly considered. Therefore Jesus healed the blind man, on the Sabbath. 

The blind man, was a neutral observer and his comments meant more than from one of Jesus' disciples.
