I think everything still looks the same, though we are living in a different age.

Jesus still wants to own the people He has healed Spiritually, He wants them to serve Him even more than the ones of the bible days did. Simply because He used to heal people physically but they did not understand the essence of His coming down here, they just followed Him physically but not spiritually unlike now when people stick to Him after seeing His hand work upon them.

Even today Jesus is more interested in first dealing with one's spirit before He heals in most cases. He did this when He was here, number of times we read that He could first preach to the multitudes about the goodnews of the Kingdom of God, and when evening came, He healed all the sick that were brought to Him, just because He wants to heal the physical symptom plus the source knwoing that most weaknesses are as a result of human era.
