Why does the Father hide things from the wise and intelligent and reveal them to infants?

I trust infants in this case does not mean little children, but the people who are able to humble themselves in the presence of God like small children. Those who humble themselves before God are given wisdom to understand the scriptures, and thus the secrets of the Kingdom of God are revealed to them.

What changes should there have been in cities like Chorazin and Bethsaida as a result of the mighty works performed by Jesus?

These cities recieved light but they preffered darkness. The man who was healed after 38 years by the pool was was in Bathesiada, but they still did not believe in Jesus. Jesus was so dissapointed in these cities because He may be expected a big spritual and moral change that is why He healed and performed miracles whenever He went.

What types of people are suited to be laborers in the harvest for Jesus?

Jesus i think needs labourers who are honest born in the spirit, the ones' who can move mountains for the sake of His name, the ones' who can endure suffering, discrimination, but can never denounce the cause. The people with a heart for the people are required to work for the Lord.
