How does one love God with all his heart soul and mind? What does that look like?

Jesus said that we should store our beloved in Heaven because where one's treasure is, chances are higher that even His heart will be. In this way it can be easy to love God will all your heart, body and soul because all you have is in Him, therefore you shall always go to Him for anything. Our bodies are temples of the Christ, we should let Him use them, Give Him the highest and biggest part of our hearts, and of course let Him the be the sole proprieter of our souls.

What was it about Jesus` answer that caused the Pharisees and Herodians to marvel?

They marveled because of what Jesus said, give what is Ceaser's to Ceaser and what belongs to God to God. In other words because the Pharisees were false and hypocrites, God would not have wanted to know unless they repented and showed their true belief in Him.

The fact that Jesus did not fall for their trap made the Pharisees to marvel. They may be thought that He would object to paying taxes to Ceaser, and in turn, get a smooth landing towards convicting Him.
