Thanks to Jesus. who died for us and our sins it is to say in the following way:

The Kingdom of God is having a Good Health and Good Life, Praising Him for That and being honest, sharing and enjoying this yourself, with your dear, and your loveones and thy neighbour, while keeping your resposibility of His Creation, His Kingdom on Earth and all Around This, His Beautiful World.

Show God, Yourself, Thy Neighbour you are a strong and loving child of Him, doing His Best and who is taking care of Himself, body and mind very well in the first place, or at least tries to do so His Way!
