He died to save mankind from sin.He was the perfect offering to take away the sins of the world.His blood cleanses us from our sins.By his wounds we have been healed. It gave ALL people everywhere in the world an opportunity to accept JESUS CHRIST as GODS Son and only through HIM may we enter into Heaven. There is NO other way into GODS Kingdom than with and through JESUS CHRIST. Many people today are still as blind deaf and dumb about GOD or Heaven and Hell as the scribes and pharisees were. (At least they cared about serving a god) Many people today don't seem to care or believe in CHRIST. Others believe in HIM when it siuts there needs. WE need to be obedient as Children of GOD. How did Jesus` death benefit people? HIs death washed away our sins, gave us a new life to start afresh again with God, as we were prior to then unfit to be in the presence of God.
