Jesus did not only weep but also groaned in the spirit.Maybe also because the Jews and most of all Mary did not seem to be able to really believe that he is the Resurrection and the Life. He knew that he had to physically die - what would have Mary felt even anger for the abandonment - to resurrect. Fully human feels the pain of being misanderstood and unjustly accused. He is coming not to bring eternal pshysical lief, but the eternal life of the Spirit for those who root their souls in him and the the Father.Physical death is a natural occurence and leaving this world, however painful for theattachment to the ones he too love, a necessary step to reach the Presence of the Eternal One.
