To be loved by God,whoever believes in Him will also be loved by God, the love of Jesus Christ is unconditional that He loves us despite our trespasses and mistakes, He still hold us to be close to Him, and God loves us because He gave His son Jesus Christ to redeem us and save us from our unescapable sins. Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Yes indeed He doesnt look on our stability of our lives, He never had to choose the rich from poor,yet the first disciples whom He chose were ordinary people, that these disciples served God and were used as instruments to evangelize the Word of God. He never wanted anyone of us be separated from Him, as the story in the Holy Bible, when His one sheep was separated from his hundreds of sheeps, He looked for it and found it, thats how He value His people and belongings.
