What made Peter so afraid to be identified with Jesus? Why are many people today still afraid to identify with Jesus? Peter wanted to be in with every one, he was unsure about himself and was unsure about his faith in Jesus. Peter only wanted to know Jesus when he needed him. Peter was not ready and not willing to die for Jesus who died on the Cross for us. The people of today wants to sit infront of the Church not learing about God's Word but instead beieng nosy. We only want to know Jesus our Savior in hard times but not in the good times, people is scared of speaking out the Lords name because they dont want to loose friends or love ones.
