Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable? Yes Jesus believe that lowly people are valuable as he said in the sermon on the mount that blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven.The lowly usually are the ones who comes to Jesus because there is no pride in them but pure humility.
