Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?

Jesus says Love one Another because he knows that if we truly keep this commandment then we would not be breaking any other law of the 10 commandments.

Imagine if we were to love the way Jesus commanded us to "Love" then there would be no hatered in this world. there would be more respect to elders, more sacrifices beign done for our fellow workmen. there would not be poverty. Our childen would grow better in this world

All we have to do is just keep this commandement in its original form without reasoning.

How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love.

Being forgiven is like a new life. we will always remember the forgiveness we received and the new life we live in Jesus. Its explained in luke 7:41 that the person who had been forgiven more will love Jesus more. automatically there is a bonding here for the greatness and greatfullness to love Jesus because he forgives our sins that are many.
