We should set our priorities in life and the first one should be having quality time with the Lord. A time to meditate and a time to talk to Him. If we seek His help despite the busyness of our everyday lives He will lessens our burdens coz we asked Him to be there with us so despite our hectic schedule we should allot time to God to thank, praise, worship Him.

All of those bad and evil thoughts made man soo unclean coz what comes from the mind proceeds bad and evil actions. I do admit that I have this evil thoughts in my mind that I tried to control with the power of the holy spirit.
