Why didn`t Jesus spend more time healing people? Because Jesus have other things to attend to. Besides healing the sick, and casting out demons, He also must do His most important mission, that is to preach the good news of the kingdom of God.

What is authority, and how did Jesus demonstrate authority in his teachings and actions? Having authority means having power or control over something or someone. Jesus demonstrated his authority as the Son of God by casting the demon out of the man.
