What qualities of a child increases one`s ability to receive spiritually? How might you increase some of these qualities?

one of the characteristic of a child is dependable... GOD wants that we are always depending on HIM.., just submit ourselves to HIM.. Thats all..allow GOD is the full control of ourlives..

Jesus exaggerates to makes the point that one should eliminate things that cause one to sin (disobey God). What things might you eliminate to be more spiritually healthy?

i would like to eliminate hatred, spite, malice, lust, envy, jealousy and selfishness in myself. When I have my quiet time with God in the mornings, i always pray for Him to strengthen my faith and purify my heart. it is so easy to sin, like i am one with sin, and so difficult to obey the scriptures. I always ask the Lord for help in the above so that i might be spiritually healthy. i admit that until now i still do not feel up to par in my spiritual life.
