What did the blind man acknowledge about Jesus by calling him the "Son of David."? Note: David was a great king of Israel. The "Messiah" was predicted to be a direct descendent of David, as Jesus was.

The blind man acknowleged that Jesus is the "promised" Messiah that would descend from the lineage of David, a great King of Israel and a true believer of God.

Jesus defines a great person as one who serves others. What did Jesus mean when he said he "did not come to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many."?

When Jesus said those words, He just wanted us to know that despsite of His being a Son of God, He would sacrifice His own life so that mankind would be saved from eternal damnation. Jesus gave His life to redeem us, for us to be able to reach Heaven and meet His Father. Jesus served as a mediator and link between mankind and God the Father when we separated from God after the original sin was committed by Adam and Eve.

JESUS is humble in nature.., HE come to the world not to be served but to served and the world will be saved through HIM.. what a wonderfull FATHER..
