"Which of these purposes do you believe Jesus accomplished?"

For me all the statement of jesus purpose was true and he made everything specially the sacrifice he made for us.To be saved and have everlasting life.And also JESUS came to earth to spread and teach the word and kingdom of GOD in heaven,Jesus wants us to feel his undying patient love for all of us,who believe's in him.Jesus,wants us to love each other,HIs love for eveybody is fair.If we believe in JESUS the only saviour of our life.anytime,anywhere we are not afraid if what may happens Coz,we know that only our earthly life was gone.There's so much more waiteng for us in heaven the kingdom of GOD .He prepared it already for all of us who believe in JESUS CHRIST his only SON.Only JESUS can meet ALL of our needs,and the things that was impossible by man was possible by GOD.We only just need to believe,accept christ in our life....let him handle our journey coz he is the only one knows best for us.

What "division" did Jesus intend to bring between people?

The division here I think, means the separation of good from evil, believers from non-believers, etc. Because of what is thought of as radical teachings from Jesus in the olden days, families, friends and people will get divided by their different beliefs. Some will chose to follow Jesus, some will not; some will chose to believe, the others will not.

Saints,Those who will not repent,obey and pray will not be able to recieved the gifts that the Holy Ghost imparted in Babtism...
