People often blame God for allowing suffering, but who does Jesus hold responsible for this woman`s suffering?

For Jesus, it was Satan who was responsible for all the sufferings of the crippled woman. Perhaps, it was Satan's way, to let people suffer so that they will blame God, and eventually lost their trust and faith in the Lord.

Saints,we must understand balance here for She was the who recieved the Healing and forgiveness through the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ not Satan!Therefore she is responsible for the spirit of Imfirmities.

Jesus confirms that certain suffering is not linked to one`s behavior. What does Jesus warn about the suffering (punishment) that is linked to one`s behavior?

Jesus said that it was not being repentance that cause one's sufferings. Most probably, what Jesus meant also was that whatever man is sufferings about is the consequences of his behavior and lack of repentance for his wrong doings.
