Jesus style of leadership is one who serves, not one who takes. He is a humble being and does not put on airs like earthly kings who demand loyalty, levies taxes and takes from the people and expects to be served, not to serve.

If Jesus knew he was being betrayed "behold, the hand of him who betrays me", why not tell who was the betrayer? I f Jesus had named Judas Iscariot as the betrayer during the passover meal, the other disciples might have pounced on Judas and hurt him. It is also Jesus style not to directly accuse to his face someone for some deed that is still to be done and had not yet happened.

Jesus style of leadership is different from others especially nowadays that the leader feel and act superior to his followers. Jesus showed how to serve others by doing the same.
