Why did Jesus choose such a humble entrance (riding on a donkey) when He came into Jerusalem? To demonstrate humility. He is a king, but He does not come with grand entrance and pomp but atop a lowly donkey to demonstrate that He is a king of all kinds of people, and all walks of life.
