Why do you think Jesus chose, after he rose, to show Himself first to Mary Magdalene?

Mary was left waiting while the others had gone home, so Jesus showed Himself to her, thus strengthening her faith in Him. Jesus also trusted Mary enough to know that she would tell the others what she saw.

He was found in the temple with the teachers who amazed at Him..
