According to Jesus, what does it mean to be loved by God? To be loved by God means that the person loves Jesus, follows his commandments and believes in Him for it is through Jesus that we come to love God. To be loved by Him means we are saved and we are granted eternal salvation and it is through Jesus` dying on the cross that he showed His love for us.
