Why is it significant that when Mary arrived with Jesus in her womb, the unborn John the Baptist leaped in the womb of his mother Elizabeth? When the voice of Mary's greeting came into Elizabeth's ears, the baby leaped in her womb for joy because she was filled with the Holy Spirit. Blessed is she who believed, for there will be a fulfillment of the things which have been spoken to her from the Lord.
