Why did Jesus invest so much in Peter even though He knew that Peter would deny Him? Because Peter will follow him afterwards but not now. Jesus loves his disciples.

Why did Jesus allow Judas to betray Him, when He clearly knew Judas` evil intention? Jesus was sent by God, His Father, and he want to obey Him, that is to complete his task at the cross for the salvation of mankind and saves sinners.
