Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?

innovative goal of "love one another" is discipleship for all of Jesus's follower or believer that ought to be belongs of them. It will be done if the power of Jesus's love dwelt in their heart. So it's not human's action can do it but only The Holy Spirit to be able making everyones to love one another. Help me my God.

How does being forgiven increase ones love for God? Note: According to Jesus, God`s forgiveness is motivated by love.

We must believe that nothing else to do without powerity love's of Jesus in our life to love someone likes He wants. The first of all we must open our heart to invite His needy for dwelt in our hearts to do our salvation because If we make it our habit to confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us those sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 Jn. 1:9). and likes verse in Col 3:13 Put up with one another and forgive each other if anyone has a complaint against another. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, you also should forgive. We can do it with our desire how to glorify Him. Col 3:23 Whatever you do, work at it wholeheartedly as though you were doing it for the Lord and not merely for people. He will be help us always in His blessing.
