When religious leaders accused Jesus of working on the day of rest (Jesus), why did Jesus get so angry? Jesus got so angry being accused of working on day of rest because the religious leaders were so obessed with hyporcrtical rules and were merciless and uncompassionate even when Jesus healed the sick on Sabbath day.

When asked about a religious practice (fasting), why does Jesus describe how old and new may not be compatible? Old and new together might clash and will not be compatible. To be "born again" you have to die from your old self and be renewed or born again to Jesus for your new life.
