What lesson do you think Jesus taught the disciples by cursing the fig tree? By cursing the Fig tree as what others describes it as a beautiful tree but it doesn't bear fruit,same for us people that even we had a good outside looks but we don't bear fruits as a christian,God can either give us neccessary actions that we may bear fruit as a good christian.
