Jesus, even before the world was made knew about this task the Father has willed him to do. To be born of flesh, to become like us. Being sinners it is impossible for us to reach heaven and see the Father. Jesus suffered and died so that we are given the chance to get to the Kingdom of God. He came through the virgin birth by Mary in Bethlehem, brought by his carpenter father Joseph to live in Egypt until he was about 2 years old and then to Nazareth in his youth and around Israel where he preached the good news and chose his diciples. Jesus was executed by the Roman Governor as the Jewish leaders requested. He died on the cross by asphyxia. Three days after many saw him alive and well.  He stayed for 40 days and after which his disciples saw him rise up to heaven. He is alive for all eternity. 

Jesus, have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, help us correct what is false, and prove what is true that they may believe. bring us to everlasting life, to God be the glory!!
