Healing and multiplying food did not convice the religious leaders. What sign would have convinced you of Jesus as God?

I have heard His voice. His commands are gentle and assuring. No one speaks like Him unless they are filled with the Holy Spirit. I wish to be His disciple now. If I lived during His time, I pray I would have been a disciple too. Praise be to God!

Why do you think Jesus looked up to heaven and then sighed before the healing?

I think Jesus looked up to heaven because He needed His Father's help (will) to heal this man. He sighed out of sympathy and compassion for the deaf man. What compassion!

Why did Jesus´ penalty for "sin" need to include physical and emotional pain - why not just spiritual separation from God?

Because God came in flesh so to experience human's sufferings on earth and to spread the new goods to have a relationship with God. The physical and emotional pain that Lord Jesus Christ suffered on the cross is proof that He is God in flesh as witness by all who were present at the crucification. Spiritual separation from God is not effective to prove to mankind that all our sins are laid on Lord Jesus' death. Lord Jesus is our God and Savior!
