To his surprise he and his friends caught boatful of fish thereafter . He realised that he had sin for doubting Jesus. Despite this Jesus invited Peter to follow him on his mission to pursuit men to learn the goodness of Gods ways and His kingdom.That changed Peters attitude and perspective of his future.

How does Simon Peter feel about himself, and how does Jesus change that? Simon Peter fell on his knees as he felt that he must be sinful as he did not catch any fish. But with Jesus, he was amazed that with just His command, they caught so many fishes. Simon Peter acknowledged that Jesus is Lord and therefore Jesus told Simon that he will make him fisher of men.

Why didn`t Jesus spend more time healing people? Because God sent him to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God to the other cities also.
