In the famous Sermon on the Mount, Jesus taught the profound meanings of Gods truth. In mourning one understands the meaning of sadness and the value sharing happiness with those who are alive, in suffering one feels how the sufferer experiences the pains and sorrows, and understands how to empathise with those who suffer, in hunger one feels the pangs of hunger and the need to help the hungry and in poverty one will appreciate how to value whatever one has. The spiritual gains from having negative experiences, enhances our deeper understanding and feeling. This enables us to empathy with those who are in that state. Such experiences makes us realise how fortunate one is being blessed . This modes us to be more Jesus like. ![]()
