The pig owners and the people who witnessed Jesus driving out the demons that entered the pigs that killed themselves by jumping off the cliff begged Jesus to leave them as they were afraid their other animals may suffer the fate. As in the past incidences where Jesus drove off demons, the people even believed Jesus was able to commons demons because he was leader of demons.! Jesus, knowing what these people thought, walked away. But when the people realised the power of Jesus that can only come from the high God, they welcomed him back.
