"Which of these purposes do you believe Jesus accomplished?"

Jesus accomplished all the purposes mentioned here fully by HIS death on the cross and resurrection on the third day. Had he not resurrected, the very purpose of HIS birth and life on this planet would have been a mere waste. Further, if so, he would not have been even the promised messiah whom human race expected for centuries. Jesus accomplished liberty to the captives, recovery of sight to the blind, and freedom to the oppressed and made the announcement that “time has come when the LORD will save HIS people”. Who made us captives? Who made us blind? Who oppressed and is keeping on oppressed us even now?........... Human beings themselves? No, it is the Material Life, the life of darkness who is our enemy. Jesus defeated that life and showed us the way to safety,salvation and success. And so, HE became our savior. SOMAR,INDIA

How does Jesus link intimacy to him with obedience to him?"a"New" commandment?

God is Love. Jesus Christ died for our sins on the cross becase he love us.Therefore we must love one another because God is Love.

If you had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, what would you discuss?

If I had a one-on-one meal with Jesus, I will ask from my heart thank you Jesus Christ that you are died for my sins on the cross,I believe that you are forgive my all sins and washed my stain of sins with your precious blood.You are my saviour. Jesus Christ give me your grace that I faithfull with you even to the point of death so that I can receive the Crown of Life.
