A meal with Jesus!  What rapture fills my soul at the thought of Jesus at my table.  But I know that He is always there.  He is the provider - the host, the unseen guest.  He is my Lord and I will honour Him.  He comes to my table a number of times in the guise of the poor man who knocks on my door and begs for alms - He is in the guise of the man who has lost his way and needs to be directed.   He is there in each one who is in need.  At this one on one meal with Jesus I will ask Him to give me the grace to continue to see Him in my neighbours and to be gentle and kind to all who need my assistance and love.
