Why was it important for Jesus to go through a time of temptation? It was important for Jesus to go through temptation to experience that when we are week physically we are also likely to fall spiritually. Jesus' going through temptation teach us how to withstand when teptations comes on our way.

How is Jesus coming into Galilee like light coming into a dark place? What is there about Jesus teaching that is like light? It was already spoken by prophet Isaiah that Jesus' coming to Galilee is like light coming to the darkness. It is said that light has come because Jesus began to preach about the Kingdom of God and Salvation also about repentace.
