Since God is such a generous giver, what is there that you (personally) should be asking Him for? Despite knowing that God is generous giver we should ask him our needs.Because asking God of our need shows that we acknowledge Him that He is generous and perfect giver.Also it is a means to talk to God as child talk to his worldly father and tells his need.
