Why is it OK with God to pay the one who worked all day the same amount paid to the one who worked only an hour? It is clear that God does not want us to judge others.We have to be content with what we do as per the will of God and derive immense pleasure from doings.Never bother to see what rewards each gets because it is his will and he is always correct.Many a times we do get flustered with unscrupulous people shining in the materialistic worldBut very few of them understand that such illgotten pleasure does not last.So it is better to train ones mind to accept whatever God blesses one with..truly an amazing way to happiness and peace.
