Jesus possessed all these gifts, because He was the chosen son of men. But as a leader at church you might lack some of the gifts that Jesus had. But the will be someone at church whom the Lord had given this gift. Why todays leaders canno't possess all the gifts like Jesus? The response is simple, we must serve each other in our local assemblies. This keeps us together and promotes respects among the leaders. The are times God will give you all these gifts and the healing one. And tomorrow the other one is gone again. Every service of the lord, serve its own purpose. leaders at church must fast secretively and pray to God to give them the gift of healing. Recently, I attended a crusade tent in my hometown of Malmesbury in South Africa, I was shocked and dejected when a pastor publicly announce to his assembly that other people only fast for half a day and they call that a fasting. at his church they completed a seven days fasting. Leaders must not fell short, especially of the holy spirit that can evaluate your thoughts before you take words out of your mouth. To heal just like our Lord Jesus Christ need someone to be connected first with the holy spirit. You cannot heal if you are not connected with the holy spirit. Unless you are connected with the devil spirit. As a leader you must appreciate the gifts that God gave to you. Don't go for superstitious magics in order to fulfill a give that you don't have. Jesus healed many sick people because he believed. I nearly forget something, if you have a desire to heal, you must believe that the Lord Jesus cry will make it possible.
