Does Jesus believe lowly people are valuable? How valuable?

Yes ,he dose.Everyone is created on purpose,and he has his own social value and self value.The only difference between the lowly and the top lies in that the lowly havn't got the chance to put them into reality.But they are still equal to us all.Or maybe ,we rob of their chances to fulfill themselves in some way.
