Jesus greeting "Peace be with you" signify one in two things, after the death of Jesus the disciples were in fear. Fear of there life,and wondering when will He come. Can you imagine been in a room with all the windows and doors close and a man appear in the mist from no were wouldn't you be in fear? the fisrt time He said it was to let them know don't be affarid this is the work of God I am Jesus who you are waiting for. The second "Peace be with you" was to equip them with the Peace of that they would need to continue the work of spreding the Good News with the help with the Holy Spirit as he had promise.
