Why does God appreciate prayers in secret more than public prayers? God appreciates prayers iln secret more than public prayers because in secret you talk to God from your heart and have total faith in him. It is no use saying prayers in public to show people and get distracted. When we pray, we must pray behind close doors so that no one sees us and distracts us.
