Why does Jesus call "Love One Another" a "New" commandment?

We are all created by one God with the help of his son Jesus. He created us with love. "Love One Another" a new commandment for us because this is the way we can keep peace and harmony with one another by showing love. In sharing, giving, forgiving and helping one another. This is how we show love to one another. As imperfect being we always make mistakes knowing and unknowingly this is why Jesus called love one another a new commandment. If Im wrong correct me. because after you do this one you will be able to do the others one. if you love your neighbor you wont kill him. if you love your neighbor you wont want his woman. and the others thing is the same with the others conmmandments.

Why did Jesus insist on healing on the Sabbath when the Pharisees taught this was sin?

I believe that Jesus healed on the Sabbath knowing that the Pharisees taught that this was a sin because the Pharisees used to look at every little thing that was done on the Sabbath and they were always ready to condemn & put to death. So Jesus' healing on the Sabbath showed that good works can be done on the Sabbath, not condemning & killing each other.
