418 entries for this category: Jesus teaching was so attactive to the tax collectors and prostitutes because He teaches about love, repentance and equalty before God and that all you need to be a candidate is believe and old things will pass away and all things will become new. Because regardless of their ways, they believe in His ways and teachings and with faith and believe, they repented and follow Him. To open the eyes of my heart that I may know what salvation is all about for me and for Jesus to guide my step day by day to follow Him in complete faith without fear to for Jesus to teach me how to lead others to the way of salvation and truth. I want the Lord to teach me how to bring up my children in the God fearing way, to lead them to enternal life in faith and to help them not to make the mistake I or their father's have made, that Jesus will not course my linage or their father's linage to follow them or impart their decisions in life. I want God to help me pay off every backlog of rent, debt and every bills i owe and to make a way for me to open my own business and provide for me to get a small car. What made Jesus` teaching so attactive to tax collectors and prostitutes?

Why did Jesus clear the temple in such a dramatic manner? Why did not he try to accomplish the same thing more diplomatically? Doing it diplomatically would not have helped, if they had stopped at that time, they would have come again. Clearing it in such a dramatic manner and with such anger He had when doing it, they become aware of what they were doing and realize that it was wrong to make the house of prayer, where people go to communicate with their God a market place.
