What final decision does Jesus make here in discussion with his "Abba Father" (daddy)? One thing we need to understand is that Jesus was also human and that he was scared of what he was about to go through. But the importance is that even in the midst of all his fear he still wanted to do his father's will. When his father told him it wasn't possible because only his blood could pardon sin, so he decided to fulfil scripture and do his father's will. God understood how his son was feeling and so he comforted his and gave him strength to withstand the task ahead.

Peter was convinced that he would be loyal to Jesus even if it meant dying. Who would you sincerely be willing to die for? Yes i would. It is more beneficial to die for Jesus than to die for other reasons or stay and suffer in this world.
