What did Jesus mean when He said one can live even if he dies? Bonus question: Why did Jesus weep when He knew He would raise Lazarus? Jesus is referring to eternal life in heaven with Him. Jesus wept becuase he had compassion and love for all mankind and these people were heavily grieving over Lazarus.
