What type of circumstances are there today that might lead one to be a disciple of Jesus, but in secret, like Joseph of Arimathea? I dont think that Joseph was afraid of the Jews. I think he was brave enough to face Pilate the permition to take away Jesus body and bringing him to the tomp with the linen cloths and the mixture. He did really show his discipline and honor. Yes it was in secret for the safety of an human being. This days there is no circumstances can lead us today to be a disciple of Jesus in a secret. Jews or no Jews, we go forward with Jesus. Remeber one who is shy about my name infront of the people, i shall be shy for him infront of my father.

When Jesus said, "it is finished", what did "it" refer to? That is, what was finished? JESUS came TO EARTH FOR OUR SIN. THE TIME THAT HE SAID IT IS FINISHED being JUST BEFORE HE DIED. HE KNEW THAT HIS SUFFERING FOR OUR SIN WAS COMPLETED.
